Mohammed Enesi Etudaiye, PhD
Prof. Mohammed Enesi Etudaiye is Professor of Jurisprudence and Legal Theory, Faculty of Law, University of Abuja, Nigeria as well as Deputy Director, Centre for Entrepreneurship Development of the university. He is an accomplished scholar who has written for several national and international journals of repute such as the Essex Human Rights Review (EHRR), Commonwealth Law Bulletin (CLB) (of which he also serves as a Reviewer), Coventry Law Journal and Dirasat Shari’a and Law Sciences Journal (of which he also serves as a Reviewer). His areas of interest include Human Rights Law, Constitutional Law (particularly Constitutional Cultural Concessioning) and Jurisprudence (particularly Feminist Jurisprudence). He was for years a member of the Governing Council of the Nigerian Institute for Advanced Legal Studies (NIALS). He is consultant to the National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies (NILDS) as well as to several standing and ad-hoc committees of the House of Representatives of Nigeria’s National Assembly.
